Junior Academy

​The Junior Golf Academy is the ideal way for children from ages 5 to 18 years to be part of a game that will teach them respect, social discipline, honesty, integrity, motivation and much more. Golf is a game that will give children positive influences and can be enjoyed for a lifetime . The experiences and friendships children make through golf will continue through to adulthood. Our junior academy is a fun and safe environment providing various courses, holiday camps, individual tuition and ultimately, junior membership at a local course.

We can also offer advice for parents and guardians on how to support young golfers. Parents will also have the  knowledge that the Junior Golf Academy has your child's best interests at heart.

Golf has the potential to instill patience and discipline in children. Achievement in golf requires regular practice and patience, and for those children who possess the desire to develop their skills they will learn the sense of fulfillment that comes with overcoming the challenge of improvement in golf.

Children are able to take on a sense of accountability, independence and confidence as they make choices about the kinds of shots to play in different situations and manage their rounds of golf.

Our pathway to Junior membership

Junior Membership is available to all children. Depending greatly on both the age and experience of the child we follow a rigid process to ensure each prospective member is clear as to the ideals of being a golf club member and has the ability to play the course to the required standard.
